Add up to four ways for visitors to reach you. Rows that are empty or invalid are left out of the code.

Shown at the top of the panel when the button opens a list. Leave empty to use “Chat with us”.

On the pill shape this is the text on the button. On the other shapes it is a tooltip shown on hover or focus, and the button’s accessible name.

If you set both, the button appears once both conditions are met. 0 means no rule.

Your code

Add a channel above to generate your code.

Squarespace

  1. Open Settings → Developer Tools → Code Injection (check your plan: code injection needs a Squarespace plan that includes it).
  2. Paste the code into the Footer box and save.
  3. No code injection on your plan? Add a Code Block to a page and paste it there; the button then shows on that page only.

Any other website

  1. Paste the code just before the closing </body> tag of your page or template.
  2. On WordPress, Wix, Shopify and similar builders, use the “custom code” or footer-scripts area.

Test on your live page on desktop and mobile after saving. The code is self-contained: it makes no network requests and loads no libraries.

Runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded or stored.

Paste it into your site

In Squarespace, open Settings, Developer Tools, Code Injection (it may be under Advanced in older versions) and paste it in the Footer box. Code Injection needs a plan that includes it, so check yours. Then test on your phone.

Does it only work on Squarespace?

No. It is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so it works on any site that lets you add code, including WordPress, Wix and Webflow.

Where do I paste it in Squarespace?

Settings, Developer Tools, Code Injection (under Advanced in older versions), then the Footer box, to show it on every page. To show it on one page, use a Code Block on that page instead. Code Injection is not on every plan, so check yours.

What is the credit link?

A small, visible link under the widget that points back to this site. It is on by default and you can switch it off in the tool. It is marked nofollow, so it does not pass ranking credit from your site.

Will it slow my site down?

No. It is a few kilobytes and loads no outside files.

Can I show it only on mobile?

Yes. Choose desktop only, mobile only or both, and set a delay or a scroll distance before it appears. If you set both, both must be met.

Are the WhatsApp and email links correct?

The tool builds them for you and encodes your message. Always click each one once on your live site before you share it.

The hosting I use

I host my own sites on Hostinger.

In my experience it's one of the best hosting options for small business websites, and it's the one I suggest. If you sign up through my link, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
