Figma to WordPress

Figma to WordPress conversion that's pixel-perfect.

You have a Figma design that looks great. Now it needs to work on the web: fast, responsive on every device, and simple for you to update.

I turn Figma files into live WordPress websites that match the design, use clean code a developer can respect, and are built with SEO in mind from the start.

[01] / The Problem01

Most Figma conversions fall apart after handover.

A design file and a working website are two different things. The gap between them is where most projects go wrong.

01

Looks right on desktop only

The build matches the mockup on a big screen, then breaks on phones and tablets.

02

Drifts from the design

Spacing, fonts and colours are close but not right, so the site never quite matches what you approved.

03

Messy code

Stacked plugins and overrides make the site slow and hard for anyone to edit later.

04

Impossible to update

You need a developer every time you want to change a headline or swap an image.

05

Slow to load

Uncompressed images and heavy scripts hurt user experience and search rankings.

06

No thought for SEO

Headings, page titles and structure are an afterthought, so the site is hard to find.

04

Easy WordPress editing

Change text, swap images and update pages using standard blocks.

05

SEO-ready structure

Proper headings, meta fields, clean URLs and image alt text from day one.

06

Fast-loading pages

Optimised images, lean code and no unnecessary plugins.

07

Staging review

Check the site on a private link before anything goes live.

08

Training and handover

A walkthrough of how to edit your site, plus post-launch support.

[03] / The Difference03

The difference is in the code.

What a careful conversion includes

  • A design-token setup so colours and fonts stay consistent
  • Layouts that adapt at every breakpoint, not just three
  • Interactions and animations built only where they add value
  • Accessible markup: headings in order, alt text, keyboard-friendly
  • Performance checks before launch
  • A site you can hand to any WordPress developer later

Why it matters

Bad conversions are pixel-perfect but break on mobile. Or they work on mobile but look nothing like the Figma file. Or the code is such a mess that editing it later is impossible. I build carefully so your site matches the design, works on every device, stays easy to edit and gives search engines a clear structure to rank.

[04] / Process04

From Figma file to live site. Four clear steps.

01

File review

You send your Figma file. I review it, ask questions and flag anything that needs adjusting for the web, such as responsive behaviour or interactions.

How much does Figma to WordPress conversion cost?

Simple sites start at $600 and complex, multi-page designs from $800. The price depends on the number of pages, layout complexity and any custom functionality. You get one fixed quote before I begin.

How long does a conversion take?

Simple sites usually take 1–2 weeks and complex designs 2–3 weeks, once I have your final Figma file and content.

What if my design has components I'm not sure how to code?

I'll tell you upfront what's easy and what's tricky. Animated elements and custom interactions can be built, but they may need custom code. We'll talk through what makes sense.

Do you handle responsive design?

Yes. I build mobile-first, so the site works on phones, tablets and desktops. If your Figma file only shows desktop, I make considered decisions about how each section adapts to smaller screens.

Can I edit the site after handover?

Yes. It's built in WordPress with standard blocks, so you can change text, swap images and adjust colours yourself. A developer can also work with the code if you need customisation later.

What if only part of the design is finished?

No problem. We can build what exists and add more pages later, or you can finish the Figma file first and I'll wait. It's up to you.

Will the site be SEO-ready?

Yes. I set up proper heading structure, page titles and meta descriptions, clean URLs, image alt text and fast-loading images. It works with the SEO plugin of your choice.

Do you also design the site?

If you don't have a design yet, I can create one first. See my WordPress design service, or start with a free website audit.

How do payments work?

Securely via PayPal or invoice, typically 50% to start and 50% on launch, agreed in writing before I begin.
