No. The code holds your information directly, so it works as long as the link or details work. It does not pass through a tracking service.

A logo covers part of the pattern. The tool switches to the highest error correction so the code still scans, which makes the pattern a little denser.
Keep strong contrast with a dark pattern on a light background, leave the quiet margin around it, and test it with a phone before printing.
Not with this tool, because it holds your link directly. To track scans, use a link with tracking tags such as UTM parameters and read the results in your analytics.
