Rent a Website

Rent a website: a professional site without the big upfront cost.

Not every business can put a few hundred dollars into a website on day one. Renting spreads the cost over monthly payments, so you can look professional while your business grows.

I design and build your site, host it, and look after it, for one predictable monthly fee that we agree in writing before I start.

✓Low upfront cost✓One predictable monthly fee✓Hosting included✓Updates and support✓Agreed in writing first✓Upgrade to owning it later

[04] / Questions04

Questions about renting a website.

Everything you need to know before we work together. If yours isn't here, ask me directly.

Average response·< 1 business day

How much does it cost?

The monthly fee depends on the size of the site and what it needs. I give you a clear number in writing before anything begins.

What is included in the monthly fee?

The website build, managed hosting, security and updates, and small edits when you ask. The full list is set out in your agreement.

Do I own the website?

Ownership terms are agreed in writing before we start, so you know exactly where you stand. If you'd prefer to own the site outright from day one, I can build it as a one-off project instead.

What if I want to stop renting?

The agreement covers this, including any minimum period and your options. I'd rather you know upfront than be surprised later.

Can I upgrade to owning it?

Yes. We can agree that at any point, and I'll move the site to a hosting account you own.

Can you change things on the site for me?

Yes. Send me a message and I'll make the update.

How do payments work?

Securely via PayPal or invoice, on the schedule agreed in your written agreement.
